My name is Dr Geraint Wyn Story, and I am a qualified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® practitioner based in Cambridge, UK. I am the founder and director of Cambridge Training Associates Ltd, through which I design and deliver training workshops and facilitation for clients worldwide.
Before founding my own company in 2014, I spent six years at the University of Cambridge, where I co-ordinated and delivered transferable skills training for PhD and postdoctoral researchers. Prior to that, I managed a research group in the biotech industry, building on my own academic background — a PhD in Plant Molecular Biology from the University of Cambridge.
This journey — from scientific research to researcher development, and now to global training consultancy — has shaped my passion for creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences. My current work brings together academic rigour, facilitation expertise, and creative methods such as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to support wellbeing, collaboration, and professional growth.
