Building Wellbeing with LEGO® Serious Play®
Creative workshops to explore wellbeing, build resilience, and support mental health.
Hands-on, inclusive sessions that use the LEGO® Serious Play® method to help people reflect, connect, and grow.

Welcome
I’m Dr Geraint Wyn Story, a qualified LEGO® Serious Play® practitioner based in Cambridge, UK. Since 2018, I’ve been running wellbeing workshops that use the creativity and psychological safety of LEGO® Serious Play® to help people reflect, connect, and grow.
What began with a session for the University of Cambridge’s Festival of Wellbeing has grown into a range of workshops and courses that consistently receive excellent feedback. I was honoured to share this work at the global LEGO® Serious Play® community meeting in Denmark.
What I offer
My Building Wellbeing workshops range from:
- Short, 2-hour sessions to introduce wellbeing and reflection
- Multi-session programmes designed to support people experiencing stress, low mood, or anxiety
All workshops are evidence-informed, inclusive, and engaging, and can be adapted for most groups and organisations.
Why LEGO® Serious Play®?
LEGO® Serious Play® is a structured facilitation method that helps people ‘think with their hands’. By building models as metaphors, participants can safely explore their thoughts and feelings, making the abstract more visible and easier to discuss. This creates a powerful, creative, and psychologically safe environment for wellbeing work.
